This Screener+ task follows the same workflow as GAP Calls, focusing on identifying potential security threats based on specific behavioral markers. Alerts are raised via email instead of assigning priority levels.
Workflow for the Task
1. Monitoring for Intruder & Suspicious Vehicle Activity
Executives must actively monitor camera feeds and identify individuals or vehicles exhibiting the following suspicious behaviors:
Intruder Behavior Markers:
Loitering near outdoor displays, especially for extended periods.
Attempting to move, dismantle, or access secured items left outside.
Furtive movements, using tools, or avoiding visible cameras/lights.
Climbing fences, cutting locks, or using unauthorized entry points.
Wearing masks or clothing that conceals identity, particularly in unusual contexts.
Suspicious Vehicle Markers:
Loitering or driving repeatedly around the facility without reason.
Rushed or erratic driving, indicating potential illicit activity.
One or more individuals exiting the vehicle and rapidly moving toward the building.
2. Verifying & Raising an Alert
Cross-check footage to ensure the behavior meets the above criteria.
Gather evidence by capturing:
Video link of the incident.
Relevant screenshots for further verification.
3. Alert Escalation Process
Unlike GAP calls, no priority is set for these alerts.
Instead, alerts must be reported via email.
