Time Management:

Efficiency is Key

• Each camera feed assessment should take no more than 10 seconds. With approximately 65 rides across the parks, executives can quickly review the camera feeds, cross-checking the crowd size and insights for accuracy

• Given the structured process, the entire task of estimating and updating wait times across all rides in a particular park should ideally be completed within 2 to 3 minutes. This allows for the estimations to be updated efficiently and within the required 15-minute interval.

• Executives must prioritize quick, accurate decisions to ensure that the wait times are consistently updated in real time without delay.
