To begin the Screener+ Task, executives need to complete the login and setup process on the Dragonfruit AI platform. This setup ensures that the executive is positioned to monitor alerts accurately for the organization assigned to them. The steps are outlined below:
Access the Dragonfruit Platform Executives start by accessing the Dragonfruit AI platform via a secure browser or application link provided by OMS. This platform is the centralized interface for viewing and managing alerts across client organizations.
Login with Assigned Credentials Each executive has unique login credentials to ensure secure and personalized access to the platform. Executives must enter their assigned username and password, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with OMS security protocols.
Select the Relevant Organization: Once logged in, executives will see a dashboard where they can select the organization they’re monitoring for that session. OMS oversees Screener+ tasks for three organizations:
Morningstar: Focused on smoke/fire detection.
Nirvana: Emphasis on identifying burglary or theft incidents.
GAP: Also focused on burglary detection and prevention.
By selecting the relevant organization, executives configure their dashboard to receive the specific alerts and feeds relevant to that client’s locations.
Confirm Video Feed Access and Alerts Interface: After selecting the organization, executives should verify that they have a live view of the alert interface, which will display video clips or feeds when alerts occur. This step is crucial for ensuring that they are fully set up to monitor real-time alerts as they arise.
Check Notifications Settings and System Readiness: Finally, executives must confirm that notifications and sound alerts are enabled, which will help them respond swiftly to any new alert. Executives should also check their internet connection and system settings to avoid delays in response time.
