Performing the task
Step 1 : Access Ride Footage
Log in to the Dragonfruit platform.
Select the appropriate park and ride location (e.g., SWO - Ice Breaker).
Retrieve the Entry View and Exit/Load View recordings used during the Estimation task.
Step 2 : Check Ride Activity
Verify that the ride is operational in the footage.
Note the start time when the ride is active.
Step 3 : Capture Initial Entry Data
Identify a person entering the ride at the Entry View.
Use visible features like clothing color, bag, hat, etc., for easy recognition.
Capture a screenshot of the individual at the entry point, ensuring clear identification.
Step 4 : Capture Load/Exit Data
Switch to the Exit/Load View to locate the same individual exiting or boarding the ride.
Adjust the timestamp to align with the individual's appearance at the load zone.
Capture a screenshot at the load point.
Step 5 : Record Data Points
Perform verification every 30 minutes (e.g., 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, etc.).
Note the estimated wait time at each interval and compare it with the footage evidence.
Take screenshots at both entry and load points for every interval.
Handle Environmental or Operational Issues
If the load area visibility is compromised (e.g., due to sunset or technical issues), take data points only up to the visible sections.
Compare the timestamp from the Entry View with the timestamp from the Exit/Load View for each data point.
Ensure the calculated wait times align with the estimated wait times.
Documentation
Record all data, including timestamps, estimated wait times, verified wait times, and screenshots, in the Internal Config Audit Sheet.
Note any discrepancies or anomalies observed during the verification process. If reported wait time and wait time in estimation sheet for same ride is not matching, report it.
For wait times <45 min, the allowed range of acceptance between verification and estimation wait time is 7 min. For wait times >45 min, the range of acceptance is 10 min.
