General Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervisors play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, tracking daily progress, and maintaining professionalism in interactions with clients and team members.
Below are the general responsibilities that apply across all verticals:
1. Reporting and Communication
Daily Work Summary:
Create a consolidated summary of work completed by all verticals (e.g., Estimation, Scan Audit, Verification) and upload to the designated WhatsApp group and google sheets at the end of each day.
Include key highlights, such as completed tasks, pending items, and any escalations.
Customer Communication:
When customers raise issues or queries in the WhatsApp group, ensure the vertical lead responsible for the task promptly replies.
Maintain a high standard of English in all written communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
2. Monitoring Daily Work Updates
Tracking Employee Updates:
Check that all employees’ daily work updates are entered in the tracking sheet accurately and in the correct format.
Verify that the time taken for each task is recorded and matches the expected time intervals.
Address any discrepancies with employees to maintain accuracy in reporting.
