Roles and Responsibilities
Workflow Management
Monitor that executives are updating ride wait times every 15 minutes, based on entry, exit, and load zone camera feeds.
Verify that the ride schedule is being followed and ensure inactive rides are excluded from the workflow.
Tracking Efficiency and Productivity
Use the API to monitor employee efficiency and compare data points recorded on the Dragonfruit AI platform with those in the Excel sheet.
Randomly check estimation entries every 15 minutes to ensure employees are working actively and consistently.
Flag discrepancies between API data and the Excel sheet. If mismatches are found, the task must be redone on the DF app.
Quality Assurance
Review data points (time intervals) taken by executives during verification of a ride and compare them against the estimated wait times during verification.
Ensure the accuracy of recorded data on google sheets for each ride, particularly when rides are operational.
Cross-check recorded values and calibration documents to ensure all data aligns with expected standards.
Reporting:
Create a brief report summarizing active and inactive rides across all parks.
Highlight any deviations or delays in estimation updates.
Compile all work updates from the day into a detailed report for submission to upper management.
Include efficiency metrics such as time taken to complete task by executives, raised issues, and solutions implemented.
Issue Management
Ensure any issues encountered during estimation (e.g., app malfunctions, data discrepancies, or network problems) are promptly addressed.
Report all raised issues with screenshots to the Google Chat "SeaWorld Wait Times" channel.
Maintain clear communication with executives and guide them in troubleshooting challenges.
Team Productivity Oversight
Encourage executives to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity throughout their shifts.
Provide periodic feedback and suggestions for improvement, based on real-time tracking and daily performance reviews.
