   • Monitor Executive Performance:

     • Regularly track the progress of executives, ensuring they complete their assigned annotations within the expected timeframe.

   • Efficiency Optimization:

     • Provide feedback and guidance to employees struggling with annotation speed or accuracy.

     • Ensure executives use shortcuts and tools effectively to improve productivity.

1. Issue Escalation

   • Error Management:

     • Ensure that any errors identified during the annotation process are immediately brought to the supervisor’s attention.

     • Determine whether the issue requires escalation to technical teams or upper management and initiate the escalation process when necessary using Google chat channels.

   • Validation Section:

     • Personally carry out the validation section of CVAT jobs to confirm that all labelling is accurate.

     • Ensure the correct color coding is applied for different labels such as cars, people, items, etc., as per the project’s requirements.

     • Confirm that long exposure objects are labelled appropriately.

     • If objects are blurred beyond recognition, validate the decision to ignore them and document this in the task notes for transparency.
