1. Task Monitoring and Compliance

   • Adherence to Instructions:

     • Ensure that all screenshots and timestamps are captured accurately and follow the instructions provided in the Asana ticket.

   • Regular Verifications:

     • Cross-check the total observed count with the reported count using insights from the Dragonfruit platform.

     • Ensure this verification is conducted at regular intervals, as specified by the customer.

   • Deadline Management:

     • Monitor team progress to ensure deadlines for the task are met. Escalate potential delays promptly.

1. Quality Assurance

   • Audit Report Accuracy:

     • Verify that the audit report is filled accurately, including all necessary data points, screenshots, and timestamps.

     • Cross-check the report after the audit is completed and before it is sent to the customer to ensure it is error-free.

   • Daily Progress Monitoring:

     • Keep track of the progress made by the team each day.

     • Include this information in a summary report for upper management to review.

   • Asana Ticket Updates:

     • Regularly check the assigned Asana ticket for updates or changes in task instructions.

     • Ensure updates are implemented promptly and documented in Asana.

   • Base Station Configuration:

     • Check the base station location-level settings in Otter Stream.

     • Open the ‘Get Channel Config’ option and cross-check the URLs and camera settings with master document to ensure the inference settings are correct for all channels.

   • License Verification:

     • Navigate to the Licenses section on the Dragonfruit platform.

     • Verify that a license profile has been created under the correct Channel ID for all relevant channels.

   • Issue Resolution and Queries:

     • Communicate directly with the customer on any Screener+ or Configuration Audit-related queries via WhatsApp.

   • Reporting Context:
